In an abandoned hall where the offices of the Central Post Office used to operate, a Carrier Pigeon Service is established, temporarily restoring one of the first forms of long-distance communication. An obsolete device for linking distant sites, unpredictable and uncertain, is proposed in a poetic sense as opposed to the immediacy of current communications media formats, underlining the vital dimension of the act of communicating.
